Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.09.2018 on the charges that 23 litres illegal liquor were recovered from his conscious possession.
