JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandmus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to execute an agreement with petitioner with respect to M.I.G. Plot No. 95 Situated at Ashikpur Sasaram which has been allotted to the petitioner by respondents after completion of due process and thereafter delivered the possession of the said house to the petitioner and/or passed any other order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner may deemed fit and proper in the fact and circumstances of the case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5821 of 2022(2) dt.20-12-2022 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for redressal of her aforesaid grievance. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna shall consider the same, in accordance with law, and pass a reasoned and a speaking order within eight weeks, thereafter.
