Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 47, 49, 50, 51, 53 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Ten litre sprit is said to have been recovered in and around hutmate of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 30.07.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East
