The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the petitioner No. 1 is brother-in-law of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is already in custody.

From the written report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against both the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 421 of 2016, shall be released
