The petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P.S. Case No.317 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.
7 liters 200ml. Royal Stage liquor is said to have been recovered from the newly constructed house of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.2,000/-(Two thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge 6thcum-Special Judge, Excise, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No.317 of 2018.
