The petitioner seeks bail in Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No.272 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3⁄4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

The petitioner and one unknown person are alleged to have threw bombs on the door of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a land dispute between the petitioner and the informant. Nobody was injured in the explosion of bombs. The petitioner is in jail since 22.01.2020.

Considering the facts and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has remained in jail for more than five months, petitioner, namely,

No.19996 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 Amar Kumar @ Amara is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No.272 of 2018.
