JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 This is an application for modification of the order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 6018 of 2017. It appears that the petitioner did not surrender in the court below within the time granted by this Court as another case i.e. Cr. Misc. No. 849 of 2017 arising out of Madhepur P.S.Case No. was also pending before this Court for anticipatory bail, which was allowed on 04.04.2017. In the circumstances three weeks further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender in the court below on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6018 of 2017.

Accordingly, order dated 17.02.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6018 of 2017 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be communicated to learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur.
