The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Saharsa P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018, G.R.( R) No.255 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 325, 341, 379, 34, 307, 326 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having caused knife injury to the informant and snatched his mobile.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that neither any recovery has been made from possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner has been arrested from the spot, hence, he cannot be connected with the alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19372 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 crime. The petitioner is stated to be languishing in custody since 25.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM (R ), Khagaria in connection with Rail Saharsa P.S. Case No. 38 of 2018, G.R.( R) No.255 of 2018.
