No.55902 of 2017 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.76 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Supaul. It has been submitted that petitioner No.2 was suffering from pain in lower back due to which she was treated by Sr. Orthopedic Surgeon. Petitioner No.1 is husband of petitioner No.2.

Xerox copy of prescription of the doctor has been annexed as Annexure-2.

In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65710 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per order dated 20.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55902 of 2017. This Modification Application is, accordingly, allowed.
