ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 9.9.2016 in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.195 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is an allegation against the petitioner that no sooner did the Bank authority demand the money, he had returned the entire money. The said fact is evident from the F.I.R. itself.
