No. 12249 of 2012 was disposed of directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of compassionate appointment. From the supplementary show-cause filed by the respondents it is seen that after consideration the claim has been rejected.

That being so, in case petitioner has any grievance with regard to the manner in which his claim has been considered and rejected, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to assail the same
