The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 318 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Gotni of the deceased. The husband is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the post mortem report one ligature mark has been found on the person of the deceased. In the written report there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner that he along with husband of the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S.
