The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. As per the F.I.R., the F.I.R. named accused persons killed the husband of the informant by 4-5 rounds of firing. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that F.I.R. is lodged after much delay and there is no explanation of the same and as a matter of fact the land dispute was there between the parties and since last three years and the allegation of firing is general and omnibus.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22906 of 2023(2) dt.26-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) sanjeev/- U T
