The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22/23/24/25/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act in connection with TR No.21 of 2018, arising out of Bettiah (Town) P.S. Case No. 511 of 2017.

Only two prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined during trial which is evident from the report of the trial Judge dated 15.02.2021.

Considering the allegation of recovery of 1 Kg of Charas from the house of the petitioner and long list of serious criminal cases pending against the petitioner, this Court had refused the prayer for bail on 19.04.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.3673

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19150 of 2020(4) dt.24-03-2021 2/2 of 2019.

After hearing the parties, I do not find any reason to review the said order. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
