JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 46/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that one Rajendra Pandey made firing from his rifle on the father of informant causing him injury. It is further alleged that this petitioner armed with rifle fired on the informant, which did not hit him. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65171 of 2018 (2) dt.01-11-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Buxar in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 46/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
