The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of prearrest bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 registered under Sections 302/34 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code as also Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the gravity of the offence as also the fact that the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence of murder transpired in course of investigation of the case, his application for grant of pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 04.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46097 of 2017.

As the case is still pending investigation and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I see no reason to
