The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P. S. Case No. 665 of 2018 dated 28.09.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 447 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation which is general and omnibus and other accused persons, similarly situated, having been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18841 of 2019(2) dt.29-03-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.
