The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 08.08.2003 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, Chapra in Cr. Revision No. 231 of 2002 has affirmed the order dated 01.07.2002 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in Complaint Case No. 237C of 2000 by which he had directed the complainant to bring sanction for prosecution of the accused persons in Complaint Case No. 237C of 2000.

Since this is a second revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C and no point of law is discernable, the application stands rejected.
