JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28248/2018, by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 493/2015 to the satisfaction of learned 1st A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner could not surrender before the court below within time because he was informed that his record has been sent to Chapra Civil Court. Thereafter, he learnt that his record is still in Bagaha Civil Court.

In view of such, four weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner from the date of receipt of copy of this order to surrender before the court below and, in that event, the court below will release the petitioner on bail as per terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 20.06.2018 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63491 of 2018 (2) dt.10-10-2018 2/2 Misc. No. 28248/2018.
