The present petition has been filed with a prayer to extend the period of surrender. By order dated 01-07-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21821 of 2017, both petitioners were extended the privilege of anticipatory bail with indication to surrender within a period of six weeks, which has not been complied with.

Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to persuade the Court that there was certain reason for non-appearing before the court below in view of the said order. Fact remains that once order is passed, there is no reason to review my earlier order,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64386 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 which is barred under Section 362 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The modification petition stands dismissed.
