The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 86 of 2019 giving rise to Excise Case No. 137 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the instant case total 14.580 liters of liquor was seized. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.2.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on
