The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of a writ of Mandamus or order or direction commanding upon the respondents more particularly respondents No. 3 and 4 to accept the joining report of the petitioner on the post of Lady Health visitor at Primary Health Centre Jarmundi and to consider her

Patna High Court CWJC No.19937 of 2014(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 claims for arrear and current salary by setting aside the order memo no. 1881 dated 31.07.2008 within a specified period and for any other appropriate writ or order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the ground that the petitioner is a lady having no financial support of others resides in the district of Patna and she joined the service in Purnea, Bihar.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
