This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and she has falsely been implicated in the case only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.10.2016.
