In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.136 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that mother of the informant became traceless. When search was made, the dead body of the mother of the informant was found in a well. It has been alleged that some day before there was exchange of words between the petitioners and the mother of the informant and apprehension has been shown that they have killed her mother
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18116 of 2017 (4) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 and thrown her dead body in the well.
Case Diary has been called for, the attending facts and circumstance is not in favour of the petitioners. This Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
