The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.S. case no. 742 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20, 22, 27 of N.D.P.S. Act. The case of the prosecution is that the police is said to have apprehended the petitioner and upon search, two strips of Nitravet-10 tablets containing 15 tablets each were recovered and seized from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 15.12.2018.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19068 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town PS case no. 742 of 2018.
