The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 379, 380 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted the informant and other family members of the informant, as a result of which, they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries, as alleged, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21163 of 2022(2) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 separate occurrence. Petitioners have clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Benipatti, District- Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 63 of 2021 corresponding in G.R. No. 198 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
