Petitioners are accused in connection with Amour P.S. Case No. 67 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 316, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and Dever of the deceased. They have falsely been implicated in the present case. Husband of the deceased is already on bail. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. It is further submitted that they have no criminal antecedent and both petitioners are in custody since 06.02.2020.
