This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 159 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 504, 506, 34, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act. The petitioner is said to be participated in kidnapping of the minor victim girl.

Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22700 of 2023(2) dt.16-05-2023 2/2 petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
