ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 2.9.2016 in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No.201 of 2016 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no recovery from the possession of the present petitioners and similarly situated co-accused, namely, Raman Kumar Choudhary and Rajesh Kumar, have already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.10.2016, passed in Cr.Misc. No.45571 of 2016.
