Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in Ghorasahan (Jitna) Police Station Case No. 154 of 2019 (Sessions Trial No. 199/2020) registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2019, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 81673 of 2019 (Annexure 1). From the report of the court below dated 3.4.2021 it appears that the case is pending for the evidence of rest chargesheeted witnesses and for ensuring their appearance summons have already been issued.

Considering the nature of allegation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 7.8.2019, trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as
