Petitioner has sought for following relief(s) in paragraph no.1 of the present writ petition : - "That this writ application is being filed for setting aside the order dated 24.09.2022 passed in the matter of Ram Janaki Math Jagdishpur Bagh Nagari, District Muzaffarpur whereas it has directed the petitioner to vacate the land on which he has been living from the time of his great grandfather i.e. since 70-80 years back.

And/or Further to give a direction to the respondent not to disturb the peaceful possession of

Patna High Court CWJC No.6511 of 2023(5) dt.18-12-2023 2/2 the petitioner.

And for any other relief or reliefs which the Hon'ble Court thinks the petitioner is entitled for."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already filed Title Suit No.1090 of 2023. Considering the information, the learned district court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the said Title Suit, in accordance with law.

4. Petitioner may take appropriate steps for any interim reliefs.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
