Petitioner, Vinod Rikhiyasan, is in custody since 11.07.2016 in Rajauli P.S. Case No. 164 of 2016 registered under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 3.

According to prosecution case, from the possession of the petitioner 8 liters Mahua wine were recovered. 4.

Considering the quantity of the recovery and the period of detention of this petitioner, I direct the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Rajauli P.S.
