The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhagalpur Kotwali (Barari) P.S.Case No.411 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A/379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep Opp. Party No.2 with all dignity and care and Opp. Party No.2 is also ready to live with him, if he keeps her with all care and dignity. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for Opp. Party No.2.

No.17745 of 2017 (2) dt.25-04-2017 2/2 In view of the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below on 12.05.2017, on that date the Opposite Party No.2 shall also remain physically present there and on being satisfied that they are wiling to live together, he will release the petitioner on provisional bail for six months on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each his satisfaction and the learned court below will watch conduct of the parties by directing them to appear on fixed date, once in two months, and after six months, on being satisfied with the matrimonial relationship between the parties, he will confirm bail bond of the petitioner, otherwise the court below will pass any other order or orders, as he may deem fit and proper.
