Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Aurangabad (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 354-B, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if the petitioner surrenders in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30237 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 regular bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law without being influenced by the fact that this anticipatory bail application has been withdrawn. While considering the matter, the Court below shall also consider the fact that dispute is of trivial nature and there is case and counter case from both the sides.
