The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1 (I) For issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding/ directing the respondents to make payment of admitted dues/ arrears of salary for the period of November 1996 to till their removal i.e.

November 2006 with statutory interest to the petitioner."

Considering the relief sought for in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19930 of 2014(2) dt.09-08-2023 2/2 present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
