The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Piprakothi P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery is from a hut which does not belong to this petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 09.02.2020.
