After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application and also submits that the victim now has been married to one Vishnu Yadav and is staying at Mayapuri in Delhi. Learned counsel further submits that even charges have been framed.

Permission is accorded with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail in the event, trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as
