The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 188, 353, 431, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that when the police were preparing inquest report of a victim of road accident then the protest was made and the police force was abused and obstructed in performing the official duty. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is omnibus and general against mob. The victim died due to rash and negligent driving of the vehicle and protest was made for inaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37496 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 the police. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 118 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
