Petitioner is in custody in connection with Excise Case No. 52C2 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is 19 years old. In the instant case total 378 liters of foreign liquor was seized from the Bolero vehicle which does not belong to the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2020. Considering the age of petitioner and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to
