The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, three accused persons including the petitioner herein on the point of pistol looted the informant of his belongings as given in detail in the FIR. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedents. No such occurrence as alleged in the FIR has taken place. Petitioner is in custody since 14.9.2020 and investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 2 years since 14.9.2020 and charge sheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case no. 319 of 2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl.
