JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A). That the present writ application is being filed on behalf of the abovenamed petitioners before this Hon'ble Court for issuance of writ of mandamus directing / commanding the respondent authorities to return the original certificates to the petitioners which were taken at the time of commencement of selection process by the Army Recruiting office, Gaya.

1.(B) That the petitioners abovenamed are

Patna High Court CWJC No.20550 of 2014(2) dt.10-08-2023 3/3 further praying before this Hon'ble Court for issuance of further writ of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent authorities to ask the original certificates from the candidates finally selected for appointment in Army and not from the candidates who are still in process of selection for their appointment in Army."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioners to approach the Respondent authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any.
