Petitioner is languishing in custody in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 161 of 2015 for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. for the offence of robbery is against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 26.09.2016. Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on TIP. Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
