No.48959 of 2018. Since the application itself contained wrong name of the father of the petitioner, hence, the discrepancy occurred. Perused the copy of the AADHAR Card in the name of the petitioner.

Let the following correction be incorporated in the title page of the order dated 24.09.2018 and be read as "Awadh Prasad son of late Ram Chandra Prasad".

Time for furnishing bail-bonds is extended for further four weeks.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63158 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 P2/ with Minapur P.S. Case No.157 of 2018.

Accordingly, the application stands allowed.
