The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No.158 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
