Petitioner seeks bail in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.532 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 37(b) (c) of the Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that this petitioner committed nuisance after taking liquor. As per First Information Report, the petitioner consumed 100 ml. of wine, but there is no report of breath analyzer.

Petitioner is in custody since18.08.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64710 of 2018 (2) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No.532 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
