1. The learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to paragraph no.18 of the present writ petition, to submit that though the petitioner has filed an appeal before the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Khagaria on 18.01.2021, however, the same has not been disposed off till date, hence it is prayed that the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Khagaria be directed to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, copy whereof has been annexed as Annexure-13, to the present writ petition.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Programme Officer, ICDS, Khagaria, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal filed by the petitioner, in case the same has not already been disposed off, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

3. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
