ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-05-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment dated 13.12.2002 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Aurangabad in Criminal Appeal No.69 of 1997/ 68 of 2000, by which he has confirmed the conviction and sentence of the Petitioner passed on 8.7.1997 by the Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in G.R. case No.923 of 1994 (Trial No.128 of 1997).

Having gone through the impugned judgment, I do not find any perversity in the same.

However, considering the fact that the occurrence had taken place in the year 1994, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision is dismissed.
