In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Magadha Medical P.S. Case No. 144 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 47(a)(g), 57(I) of the Excise Act.

As per allegation, 118 bottles of illegal wine in two Boras were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 17.7.2016. Looking to the period of custody as also the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Ajay Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
