The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 676 of 2016 registered under Sections 366(A), 342 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner enticed away the daughter of the informant and on 11.12.2016, she returned back. It is submitted that girl eloped with consent and she is major. In her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. disclosed her age as 18 years and has not made any allegation of rape or sexual exploitation in her statement and the medical report also does not find any evidence of rape.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner Guddu Kumar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in
