JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-02-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Amas P.S. Case No. 149 of 2015, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep his wife (opposite party no. 2 ) with full honour and dignity.

Learned counsel for the informant is also present and has submitted that opposite party no. 2 is also willing to live with the petitioner.

In view of the submissions of the parties, let petitioner and opposite party no. 2 appear before the Court below on 16.03.2017 in person, from where the petitioner, as submitted by

No.7190 of 2017 (2) dt.21-02-2017 2/2 learned counsel for the petitioner, shall take his wife with himself to his house and the Court below after satisfying himself with the conduct of the petitioner, shall enlarge him on provisional bail to his satisfaction, for a period of six months, during which period the petitioner and opposite party no. 2 shall have to appear before the court below once in each month for a period of six months and the Court below only after satisfying himself about the status of their marriage life and also the conduct of the petitioner shall confirm the provisional bail granted to him otherwise he is free to pass any order as he deems fit.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
